Carevana Homecare provides non-medical homecare services in compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Home Services Agency regulations. Our services are intended to assist with daily living activities, companionship, and household tasks, and do not replace licensed medical care.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding their needs and health conditions.
- Treat caregivers and staff with respect and courtesy.
- Inform us promptly of any changes in care requirements, schedules, or contact details.
- Comply with agreed payment terms and service agreements.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Service schedules will be arranged based on mutual agreement.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential charges.
- We reserve the right to adjust staffing or scheduling in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment & Fees
- Service rates will be outlined in the client’s service agreement.
- Payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
5. Limitations of Liability
- While we strive for the highest quality of care, Carevana Homecare is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages outside the reasonable scope of agreed services.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal property unless directly caused by proven negligence of our staff.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to end services in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
